Shop Dunstable Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for agreement between the member ('the member') and Shop Dunstable  (Dunstable Town Council). Below are the general terms and conditions for use of the Shop Dunstable website and service. By subscribing to a free annual membership you accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Shop Dunstable has an initial minimum membership period of 12 months (unless specifically indicated otherwise in an offer) and operates on an annual membership basis. Membership shall renew automatically unless we receive the member’s request to cancel. Members must inform us if they change their correspondence postal or email address and we will not be liable for any non receipt of communication from us, this includes the renewal reminder.
   
   
2. Offers will only be valid when presented by the named Member.
   
   
3. Members must state that they are a Shop Dunstable member and present a valid voucher card at the venue to redeem the offer.
   
   
4. Although Shop Dunstable works in good-faith with participating venues, Shop Dunstable is not responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of your experience. Shop Dunstable thereof, do not guarantee any offers at any establishments.
   
   
5. Participating venues have their own Terms &  Conditions which supersede the terms of your Shop Dunstable membership. Terms of any offer may also change at the sole discretion of any participating venues. As such venues reserve the right to refuse entry to any member of the public or Shop Dunstable member for various reasons including but not limited to: having reached full capacity, being drunk or intoxicated, being under the legal age for entry, or being dressed inappropriately.
   
   
6. Shop Dunstable are not responsible for any inconvenience that may ensue, if you are denied any offer for any reason, including but not limited to the above mentioned. Offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions that will be indicated on the voucher. Certain offers may not be available during certain periods such as bank holidays, Christmas and New Years.
   
   
7. Shop Dunstable memberships are non-transferrable and Members must under no circumstances ever pass their membership details or membership onto other persons. Shop Dunstable vouchers remain the property of Shop Dunstable at all times and have no cash value.
   
   
8. From time to time Shop Dunstable may offer 'Trial member' cards with specific conditions and limitations including, by way of example, the duration of the trial. These terms and conditions, except clause 1 will apply to any Trial Membership.
   
   
9. The Shop Dunstable website contains the definitive guide to current offers. Members recognise that some venues or events may leave the scheme at anytime without notice, whilst others will join. Some venues may also change the conditions of their offer after you have become a member and we shall have no responsibility for any such changes
   
   
10. Neither Shop Dunstable nor any group company shall be liable under any circumstances for the use or misuse of the Shop Dunstable scheme. Shop Dunstable shall not be liable for any damages or losses of any nature whatsoever arising out of this agreement.
    

These Terms and Conditions, and any agreement entered into in connection with the same, shall be interpreted in accordance with the English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

I further understand that these terms and conditions will be updated from time to time and will become effective immediately on publication on this website.
